This is a comprehensive self defense course for adults
that covers very important non-physical self-defense tactics as
well as practical, easy to apply, physical self-defense techniques.
It is specifically designed to meet the needs of your
organization or special group.

physical attack

well as simulation of attack with opportunity to practice skills

the body that are uses as weapons

How do you feel about the way your instructor taught
the class?
- It was excellent! I felt that things were
easy to understand and the constant reps made the information
'stick'. The opportunity to practice was critical to the experience.
The 'living smart' info at the end of each session was very useful.
